I have accounts in both SBI and Federal Bank. I faced an issue where I mistakenly transferred cash to the wrong account, and SBI later sent the money back to the wrong Federal Bank account instead of my own bank account . It was SBI’s responsibility to resolve the issue, but despite multiple visits, they did not help. However, after a single visit with Nisha Ma’am, the Branch Head of Federal Bank, Palayam, she promptly assisted me and resolved the issue efficiently.
