I have accounts in both SBI and Federal Bank. I faced an issue where I mistakenly transferred cash to the wrong account, and SBI later sent the money back to the wrong Federal Bank account instead of my own bank account . It was SBI’s responsibility to resolve the issue, but despite multiple visits, they did not help.
