I bank with FB and recently I visited the Federal Bank Ltd. branch in Nanthencode, and I must say, my experience was quite positive. In particular, I would like to commend Sruthi from the NRI division. She was incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance regarding the services available for Non-Resident Indians. Her patience in answering my questions made the process much smoother and less overwhelming. The branch itself is well-maintained, with a clean and organized layout. There were ample seating areas, which made waiting more comfortable. Additionally, the ATM facility outside was easily accessible and in good working condition. The branch offers a comprehensive range of banking services, from personal accounts to loans and investment options. I found their digital banking solutions to be user-friendly, making transactions and account management straightforward.
