In particular, I would like to commend Sruthi from the NRI division. She was incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance regarding the services available for Non-Resident Indians. Her patience in answering my questions made the process much smoother and less overwhelming. The branch itself is well-maintained, with a clean and organized layout. There were ample seating areas, which made waiting more comfortable. Additionally, the ATM facility outside was easily accessible and in good working condition.
