  My experience with the staff at the Federal Bank Nanthencode branch has always been positive. However, I would like to give special recognition to Shruti from the NRI division. Even though we arrived almost an hour ahead of our appointment, Shruti greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. She is incredibly knowledgeable about NRI banking and displayed great patience in addressing all our questions and clarifying our doubts. In short, she provides exceptional customer service!   I bank with FB and recently I visited the Federal Bank Ltd. branch in Nanthencode, and I must say, my experience was quite positive. The staff at this branch were exceptionally courteous and professional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, and they were eager to assist with my banking needs. In particular, I would like to commend Sruthi from the NRI division. She was incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance regarding the services available for Non-Resident Indians. Her patience in answering my questions made the process much smoother and less overwhelming. The branch itself is well-maintained, with a clean and organized layout. There were ample seating areas, which made waiting more comfortable. Additionally, the ATM facility outside was easily accessible and in good working condition. The branch offers a comprehensive range of banking services, from personal accounts to loans and investment options. I found their digital banking solutions to be user-friendly, making transactions and account management straightforward. Sruthi’s expertise in NRI services was particularly helpful, ensuring I understood all my options.Despite a few customers ahead of me, the wait time was minimal. The staff worked efficiently to ensure everyone was attended to promptly, which I greatly appreciated. The combination of excellent customer service, especially from Sruthi in the NRI division, well-maintained facilities, and efficient processes makes it a reliable choice for banking needs.   I had excellent experience recently related to international wire transfer for share transfer. It was a complex situation involving an American bank and compliance with government guidelines. Ms. Rakhi and others promptly followed up and completed the action in a timely manner. Thank you.
