  I was a Graduate Apprenticeship Trainee who has just completed my one-year training period from Federal Bank, Vembayam branch. I had a great experience! The team was supportive, and the work environment was collaborative and dynamic. I appreciated the opportunities for growth and development. Would definitely recommend Federal Bank to others! Because. They treat me with the warmth and care of a family, making me feel more like a daughter and sister than just a trainee. The bank has become more than just a workplace for me – it feels like home. In an era where interns/trainees often face pressure, I'm fortunate to have found kind-hearted gems💎. The team is always willing to explain and teach me, no matter how simple the task may be. This is not just any year; it's been a golden year for me.The branch head took care of me when I was ill, like a guardian, and made sure I took my supplements on time. To me, they are more than just officers - they have been guardians, mentors, and a constant source of support and guidance. The team may find better trainees, but I'll never find another work family like this one, no matter how long I work. Thank you for making my Onam celebration so colorful and special. I'm also grateful for the surprise birthday treat, gift, and love. The Christmas celebration was truly blissful, and Women's Day was unforgettable. Your heartfelt sendoff also touched my heart.During the sendoff, the team gave me time to share my experiences, but I was overwhelmed with emotions and couldn't find the right words to express myself. All I could say was 'thank you, that time my mind have million feeling but zero words. I'll definitely miss your love, care, support, and Tom and Jerry-like bond. Thank you for being the backbone of my career, for putting in efforts and taking risks to support my next steps. My two-wheeler also misses those days of full tanks.Every interns/trainees steps out of the office with joy, but I couldn't leave with my usual stride, as I stepped out with a lot of memories. Once again, I'd like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you. Thank you, Team Vembayam💕, for the unforgettable memories, invaluable experiences, and unconditional support you've provided me during my training period.
