  The building is well-maintained and looks very tidy, which is commendable. However, I am quite disturbed by the practice of most customers taking off their shoes/chappals outside the premises. While this shows respect for cleanliness, it is frustrating to see some “smart customers” ignoring this practice and walking in with their footwear, leaving the floor messy. This not only makes those who remove their shoes feel foolish but also leaves their feet dirty. I strongly suggest the bank put up a polite notice requesting all visitors to follow proper etiquette and avoid wearing footwear inside. This small step could ensure a cleaner and more respectful environment for everyone. That said, the staff are very much helpful, which makes the overall experience pleasant despite this issue.
