  I had a best customer service from Federal Bank Pazhayangadi. Really I appreciate Naveena Ma'am for her great customer service. My work included a lot of documentation. Naveena Ma'am reminded me and supported on each and every stage about the required documents and had done the process so hassle free. I recommend this branch to everyone. Felt a lot of happiness after a bank visit which is the best part :)

Their customer service is exceptional—always responsive, helpful, and genuinely interested in solving any issues.They have consistently provided me with a reliable and stress-free banking experience. Hari(manager),Naveena and Varun(previous manager) are so cooperative and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and customer-focused bank.

  I go to many banks as part of my job, but there is no other bank that I love going to so much.I have consistently had a great experience with Federal Bank Payangadi. The staff are always incredibly friendly and well behaved. They are polite, helpful and make banking beautiful and I appreciate their warm and welcoming approach. As a customer I appreciate that very much. One of the bank accounts you have should be in Federal Bank Payangadi branch, otherwise you will lose the real banking experience.
