I Have been using Federal bank facilities since 2013. Currently doing most of my transactions through Federal bank parippally branch and also this branch is very near to my residence. i have not faced any issues till now. Federal Bank has a very good customer service .Every-staffs are always friendly and willing to help & have a presentable appearance. I had recently visited this branch to apply for a home loan . The experience was remarkable , Especially the best guidance & contribution from the bank manager Mr. Faisal Sir. I feel I made the right choice at the emergency situation by deciding to take the loan from this bank. Overall, I am satisfied with the branch & Many thanks to Mr. Faisal sir& appreciate you and your wonderful team to support even my absence.
