I had an absolutely wonderful customer service experience with the bank manager, Divya Mol, regarding my NRE account. Every interaction was through WhatsApp, and she was always incredibly responsive, patient, and supportive in addressing all my queries. Her professionalism and kindness made this such a pleasant experience for me. This was my first-ever experience with a bank, and thanks to her, it was truly exceptional!

This bank situated in the 1st floor of the building.Most modern facilities, better customer service .Helpfull employees .very pleasant atmosphere.Always like go to federal bank than to other banks. Very good customer dealings compared to any other banks.I appreciate that and look forward to open an account there soon.!! Much apreciated . . ♿️ No wheelchair accessible entrance. 🚗🛵Parking space is limited
