    I’m writing to share a truly special experience I had today—a “WOW” moment that genuinely deserves recognition. As an ordinary individual juggling daily responsibilities and expectations, moments of genuine delight are rare in my life. That’s why today’s experience with Federal Bank stood out and felt worth sharing. My Story began on the 3th of April, 2025, when I approached the CSB Bank Anthikad branch to activate my dormant account, with the specific aim of enabling mobile and net banking services. Though the staff were polite and helpful, I was asked to wait seven working days for the activation. This marked the beginning of what turned out to be a long waiting game. In the days that followed, I received an SMS confirming the account activation and eagerly awaited my ATM card to set up UPI payments with a secondary bank. After a few more days, I received a parcel—but it was only the cheque book. The ATM card still hadn't arrived. Once again I revisited the branch, I was asked to wait another seven working days. Eventually, the card arrived on 7th of MAY 2025. So here more than 33 plus days I had waited for this ATM card , and I activated the card at a CSB ATM. However, things didn’t go smoothly from there. I faced repeated failures while trying to set up netbanking and mobile banking via the CSB app, I revisited the branch on 8th May and was informed that a software update was taking place, so they instructed me to come on monday. On Sunday, I received a message stating that CSB’s digital banking system had been upgraded, and I was instructed to install the new app, CSB mobile+. I followed the instructions, set my MPIN successfully, but was met with an error: “Acess Denied User doen not have permission to perform this action ". Suspecting incomplete back-end processing of registering Mobile banking and Net banking, I visited the branch again the following Monday of 12th May. Despite waiting 45 minutes, the only advice I received was to try again after two more days.If the issue persists even after 13th May , you may come please. By this point, I was exhausted and disheartened. Today, while on my way to the office, I decided to check in at Federal Bank, at Kanjany Branch. The branch was not much that busy, but I noticed the manager(lady) and staff(staff) actively engaging with customers. And some (male)officers are engaged converstaions at the back side of the Cash counter. Though there is no one to address , i waited there for 10 more minutes and started planning to exit from bank coz besides those lady officers , no one was there in their seats. Surprisingly the lady officer came outside from the branch manager's cabin , i think she was the branch manager here. herself came over and asked how she could help. I briefly explained my request to open a savings account. She offered me a chair and, saying "please wait" So i thought that here also i should WAIT rentlessly. But the actual wait time was less than a minute as she need to stepped away to come across the chair to assist me personally. She conducted a warm and straightforward discussion to understand my needs and recommended the best plan that suited me. I felt an immediate sense of trust and transparency. During the process, she was relieved by another lady staff member who helped complete all the account opening steps. She even assisted me in downloading the FedMobile app and configuring everything on my phone right then and there. What CSB couldn’t do for me in 30 days, Federal Bank accomplished in just 45 minutes. I left the branch feeling genuinely happy and deeply satisfied with the level of service, professionalism, and care shown by your team. It was truly a WOW moment for me—and I believe it speaks values at Federal Bank. Thank you for making my day! Thrissur
