My mother and myself went on 01st March regarding a deceased claim. This was for a closure request and claim settlement for quite an old account which my parents had . The Branch Manager patiently listed to our state of affairs and was kind enough to help in taking the documents and agreeing to send it to Kolkata , where the account was originally opened.
