However, Nimmi went above and beyond to guide me through the steps of using Fed-E Remit (my first time using the portal), ensuring the process went smoothly. The amount was debited in less than two days, and I was able to complete everything I had planned. Additionally, I faced some issues with my login password, and despite not having my debit card to reset it, Nimmi did her best to help resolve the issue.
